Nick Robinson, Bass Guitar and Musical Advisor

Bass Guitar and Musical Advisor

Nick is originally from Los Angeles and has two children, Jessie and Cortina. He also has a grandson whom he loves to spend time with.

Nick is an experienced and talented musician who performed for many years in California prior to moving to New York. He played in several Los Angeles bands, honing his skills in the city’s club scene. His original inspiration for performing music was The Beatles. In addition to the bass, he plays the mandolin, banjo and guitar.

Nick was a paramedic who provided medical and emergency care in Fulton County before he was struck with an illness that left his legs paralyzed in the 1990s. After the illness, he had to retrain his brain to play the bass. FLAME has allowed him to continue doing what he loves: playing music.

Many of the band members refer to Nick as “Uncle Nick,” and he is a wonderful mentor to all of them.
