Karl Blanchard

Karl was born in Gloversville and lives with his parents in Johnstown.  He is very active and has been recognized for his volunteer work in the community.  He graduated from Johnstown High School and is a seasoned traveler.  He has great rhythm and loves to shake, rattle and roll.
